Rachel offers private yoga programs, customized just for you or your group. Incorporating her decades of experience as a yogi with her clinical training in somatic movement, stress management skills and energy healing, these courses are one of a kind.
Rachel offers comprehensive sessions to meet your personal goals while honoring your unique challenges. She guides students in achieving balance in their physical and mental health, as well as deepening their spiritual connection through the practices of yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and guided meditation.
